Visiting the OPB Office
OPB’s office reopened on June 1, 2022. If you are planning to visit us to meet with a member of our Client Services team in person, or wish to drop off documents, we kindly ask that you contact our Client Care Centre to schedule an appointment between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday.
Important: If you are feeling unwell immediately prior to your appointment, or are experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, we kindly ask that you contact us to reschedule your appointment. A Government of Ontario COVID-19 self-assessment
