OPB News: Our monthly client survey

At OPB, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our members. Each month, we survey a sample of retired and active members with the help of our trusted client survey partner, Ipsos. These telephone surveys help us understand what's important to you and how we can improve our services.

As part of our privacy policy, we don't share any confidential information with the survey company. If you receive a call from 416-847-9020, the caller will identify themselves as Ipsos, calling on behalf of OPB, to request feedback on your recent service experience. Ipsos will never ask you for your personal information over the phone.

You're not obligated to participate in a survey with us, the choice is yours. However, we definitely appreciate your feedback if you're willing!
