Annual Pension Statements and Member Data Update
Effective: March 31, 2003
Each year, the Ontario Pension Board prepares and mails out an Annual Pension Statement to all members of the Public Service Pension Plan. This Statement provides members with estimates of their pension and information on the plan. The data used to prepare the Statements is received from your systems.
We are requesting your help in ensuring that the Statements are based on information that is as up-to-date as possible.
Please complete any adjustments to member data by Monday, March 31, 2003. This includes adjustments to salary rates, contributions and any other changes that would affect a member's pension entitlements. It would also be appreciated if address changes could be completed by this date.
