Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide us with feedback. We have now completed our 30-day public consultation as required under the government's Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014. Once we receive final approval of our framework, we will post the approved document on our Corporate Policies webpage.

As required under the government's Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014, we are posting our proposed Executive Compensation Framework for public feedback for 30 days. As a Crown agency, OPB operates in an environment of cost restraint and we are committed to judiciously managing the Plan's expenses including compensation. OPB regularly participates in third-party external compensation surveys to assess compensation comparators and trends against other major pension plans. OPB typically trends below market average on our compensation. Our executive compensation is carefully governed and approved by our Board's HR committee.

We will share a summary of main themes emerging from the feedback to OPB's Board and Treasury Board Secretariat, along with any policy changes.
