News Created with Fabric.js 3.6.6 2 minute read

We have recently been made aware of an organization called Keystone Financial who has been sending unsolicited emails to members claiming to be a partner of the Ontario Pension Board. Please note that OPB has no affiliation with this organization and believes the email and associated attachment to be a phishing attempt in order to gain access to member's personal information, and passwords.

Should you receive an email from Keystone Financial, or any other organization purporting to be a partner of OPB, please avoid opening any attached documents, and notify us immediately by calling 416-364-5035 or emailing clientservice@opb.ca.

We strongly advise you to change your password for all electronic devices (computer, phone, etc.) and services (e-mail, social media, etc.) on a regular basis and ensure that the password is not easily guessed such as a birthday or phone number.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Client Care Centre at 416-364-5035.
