OPB joins Pride at Work Canada / Fierté au travail Canada

We are pleased to announce our new partnership with Pride at Work Canada/Fierté au travail Canada whose mission is to empower employers through dialogue, education and thought leadership to build workplaces that celebrate all employees regardless of gender expression, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Pride at Work Canada/Fierté au travail Canada is a non-profit organization that operates as a bilingual member services agency for employers, offering institutional education and guidance to organizations that make a commitment to supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion.

This partnership is a key component of OPB’s ongoing commitment to support the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within our workplace. We look forward to our employees joining staff from other private, public and nonprofit employers to create safer, more inclusive workplaces that recognize the skills of 2SLGBTQIA+ people through ongoing dialogue, learning and professional development.
