Post-retirement benefits premium changes coming soon for retirees and survivors

The Government of Ontario has announced some premium rate changes for Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) retirees and survivors who are enrolled in Post-Retirement Benefit (PRB) plans and the Optional Upgrade Package (OUP), where applicable. Changes come into effect on June 1, 2025.

Updated premium deductions from your monthly pension will be reflected on your June 20, 2025 payroll deposit. ADP will also send you a statement of earnings and deductions by late June.

If your premium deductions have been impacted by this change, you will receive an update in the mail about these rate changes shortly.
