Your Retired Member Statement (RMS) and cost-of-living (COLA) adjustment letter are now available online in your e-services account(opens in a new tab). To view it, login to your e-services account by clicking ‘e-services’ in the top right corner of our website and ‘Login’ to your account.

A reminder that we launched our new e-services in November, so if you haven’t re-registered for an e-services account, you’ll need to do that before you can view your personalized statement. To help you register, and setup your multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added security, please watch this video(opens in a new tab) that provides step-by-step instructions to take you through the process.

If you haven’t opted into digital communications or are a survivor, your statement or COLA letter will be mailed to you this month.

Your annual RMS statement offers up important information about your pension entitlement, as well as your personal COLA. Most plan members will receive an issue of OPB News for retired members, however it can be viewed online along with additional stories not available in the print version.

This year, OPB News highlights our new e-services – OPB’s online member portal that offers our members increased security and functionalities while reviewing your statements and personal information. Don’t miss having a read of this story to learn more about how e-services can support you in planning your retirement more easily in a refreshed online experience.
