Your 2023 Retired Member Statement is Now Available Online

For most of our retired members, your Retired Member Statement (RMS) and cost-of-living (COLA) adjustment letter are now available online in your e-services account(opens in a new tab). To view it, login to your e-services account by clicking ‘e-services’ in the top right corner of our website and ‘Login’ to your account.

If you haven’t set your preference to electronic communications or are a survivor, your statement or COLA letter will be mailed to you this month. You can change this at any time through your e-services account to receive a paperless copy next year.
